Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this Site. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with this User Agreement. This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site, which signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, please do not access, register with, or use this Site.

This Site is owned and operated by OXYGEN CLOTHING Limited. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For inside Dhaka deliveries that are not custom orders, customers can return the product during delivery or exchange it with a similar product from OXYGEN CLOTHING if there is any size issue.

For outside Dhaka deliveries and custom order deliveries, there is no exchange policy.

In case of online payments made and products being exchanged, all refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

If any defect is found (damaged, defective, or wrong product) after opening the parcel, please inform the delivery person immediately. You may also contact our helpline or reach out to us through our official Facebook page.

Delivery time for inside Dhaka orders is 1–2 working days, and delivery charge is 70 Tk while outside Dhaka deliveries take 2–3 working days and delivery charge is 130 Tk.

The product will be replaced within the next 7–10 working days (or earlier) with a fresh product if it’s available in stock. Customers may request a refund if the product is unavailable. Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days.

Custom t-shirt orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Products can be exchanged if there is a size issue only. Customers must bear the cost of returning and resending the product. The exchange fee is BDT 200.
